Randall Mays is an American businessman, investor and philanthropist. He is Co-Managing Partner of Mays Family Enterprises and CEO of Running M Capital. Randall is also committed to Neuroscience, Consciousness, and Wellness—areas to which he devotes his resources and experience.

It is Randall’s curious nature that fuels his many interests and commitments. The Mays Family Enterprises (MFE), a family office fund, focuses on working with seasoned management teams to make investments in gainful businesses with prospects of strengthening their core markets and advancing to new markets. Running M Capital is a private investment firm that is lithe and diverse. As CEO, Randall is determined to support innovative and passionate entrepreneurs who are bringing new technologies and groundbreaking ideas to the market. Under Randall’s oversight, Running M Capital has made investments in everything from healthcare technology to SaaS innovations, health food products to real estate. Randall and Running M Capital make investment decisions based on the ambition and energy of the entrepreneurs.

Randall has an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in Austin and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. on the mergers and acquisitions before joining Clear Channel Communications (now iHeartMedia), a Fortune 500 mass media corporation. For more than 15 years at Clear Channel Communications, Randall had many leadership roles, including Vice Chairman and President. While Randall was at Clear Channel Communications (NYSE:CCU), it was named the best performing stock on the NYSE for the decade. During his time as CEO of Clear Channel Entertainment, Randall headed the consolidation initiative within the Live Entertainment business. Randall oversaw the company’s spinout into Live Nation Entertainment (NYSE:LVY) and was the  Chairman of Live Nation until it merged with Ticketmaster. In 2010, Randall stepped down from his chairman position. He remains on the board as Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Executive Committee.



Randall’s personal interest in neuroscience and wellness motivates him to actively explore opportunities and partnerships for impact. His involvement in the Bridge Builders Collaborative reflects his interest to facilitate innovation in these areas. He is also an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Randall is a father of four children with whom he enjoys exploring through travel, fly fishing, pickleball, cooking, and hiking. Randall loves talking to strangers and mentoring entrepreneurs.
